The institution of the Maths Week gives everyone the opportunity to be informed and to participate in the activities concerning new discoveries, new perceptions, new thoughts and continuous information, with the main focus on applications in theoretical and applied mathematics.

The Maths Week complements its activities with parallel events, book exhibitions, painting, awards for original work and other activities. In this context, the Caratheodory Museum was present at the 2nd Maths Week, bringing its participants in contact with the work of the great mathematician.
