The life and work of the great Greek mathematician Constantin Caratheodory are revived in the retrospective exhibition that opened yesterday at the Multisite of Cultural Activities of the municipality of Ilida.

The exhibition, entitled “Ilida welcomes Constantin Caratheodory”, is organized by the Elis Branch of the Hellenic Mathematical Society “Hippias of Elis” and the municipality of Ilida, in collaboration with the Constantin Caratheodory Museum of the Municipality of Komotini, which is supported by the Caratheodory’s Friends Association and the Caratheodory Museum.
