“The stamp he put on our work is indelible”

The contribution of the late Tasos Vavatsiklis to the acknowledgement and promotion of

the personality and work of Constantin Caratheodory in our city, is commemorated in a statement made by the Caratheodory’s Friends Association. Citing rich photographic material that demonstrate the contribution of the recently deceased mayor to the connection of Caratheodory with Komotini, the Association addresses its own “last farewell” to Tasos Vavatsiklis.
